Christopher Paruch grew up in Bayside, Queens, and attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, where he was on the national honors society. In addition to Academics, Christopher Paruch also played baseball and football for the Flyers. Christopher Paruch attended Columbia University, where he studied Sociology and Business Management. He has had a successful career in finance, real estate, genetic testing, and business operations.

What is your hobby?

Training for Triathalons, joining a swim club, cycling team, and running.

How did you get started with this hobby?

I wanted to challenge myself physically and mentally and overcome the inevitable obstacles to reaching my goal.

Better Physical Health. Triathlon is an amazing physical activity that combines cardio buildup, muscle mass increase, and stamina boost.

What types of things/equipment have you spent money on for your hobby?

Running shoes, a high-performance bike, swimming fins, and correlating gear.

What are some of your favorite places to shop for your hobby?

Stradalli Cycle is the best place to shop for a road bike or triathlon bike. Tom Steinbacher, the owner, has a vast knowledge of racing, training, and nutrition.
